Our client, a company active in the financial industry, is currently looking for a results-driven Sales & Team Manager to lead its Antwerp office.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence, lead a small team, and expand their local business—with a strong focus on B2B sales growth.
This job is based in Antwerp (Center). Some occasional trips to Brussels, especially during the onboarding period, can be expected.
Sales & Team Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team, manage scheduling, performance, and professional growth.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives to grow the local client base and revenue, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Act as a hands-on leader during peak periods, ensuring exceptional customer and client experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies (e.g., AML/KYC).
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and cash operations,prepare and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Serve as the primary link between corporate and the local team.
Sales & Team Manager – About You
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, with proven success in B2B sales.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, French is a plus

- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a track record in B2B sales and relationship management.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
Sales & Team Manager – The Offer
- Salary: Up to €5,000 per month (commensurate with experience) + performance bonuses.
