For this company active in the marketing industry, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Officer.

The company helps its clients (B2B) strengthen their brand awareness and fostering their sales.

Sales Support Officer – The Role

• Regularly check and analyze new market trends (offline and online)
• Verify and update client information in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Work with the sales team to handle, share and follow-up new and existing leads
• Execute and present detailed market analyses to existing or new clients, analyze sales numbers and report on them
• First point of contact for your existing client portfolio: collect documents, answer their questions and transfer them to your most relevant colleague when needed
• Assist in the organization of corporate events

Sales Support Officer – About You

• You are fluent in Dutch (native level or equivalent), since you will mainly work on the Dutch market. An advanced knowledge of French is a plus
• You are tech-savvy, you easily adapt into the use of new IT tools (CRMs, Excel..)
• You are curious, sales-driven and you have great communication skills!
• A first experience in a sales (support) role is essential

Sales Support Officer – The Offer

• Gross salary: 2800€ – 4000€ depending on your experience
