Accountant (50%) NEW

For this SME located near Waregem, we are urgently looking for a part-time accountant (50% or 3/5^th).

The company is now part of a multinational group experiencing a strong growth in the last years.

Accountant – Your Tasks

• A-Z Accounting: you book invoices into the accounting system, you prepare the company’s annual accounts and tax returns
• You are responsible for the monthly reporting to the company’s head office, based in France
• You are the point of contact for the external accountant, who is in charge for the company’s tax obligations (VAT, corporate tax returns).
• You are the management’s right-hand (wo)man and their “eyes and ears” for all financial matters

Accountant – About You

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar job, preferably in a SME environment
• You are fluent in Dutch, English, French is a plus
