Accounting & Administrative Assistant – The Role

The job includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

  • Booking invoices in the accounting system
  • Credit Collection: track outstanding invoices, reach out to customers, negotiate instalments/credit limits
  • Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders, handle the department’s mailbox and phone contacts
  • Varied administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the team’s accountant and CFO

Accounting & Administrative Assistant – About You

  • You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg. accounting, administrative support)
  • You have a first experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

  • 2000€ to 2500€ gross, based on your experience, 13th month
