Accountant

Job Description

For this company specializing in B2B services, we are currently looking for an experienced accountant to join their financial department currently composed of 5 colleagues.

This fast-growing company helps businesses streamline their internal processes and drastically improve efficiency.

The role is based in Boom.

Accountant – The Job:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Booking purchase & sales invoices, as well as bank statements
• Reconciliate invoices with the correct Pos
• Prepare and execute payments to vendors
• Provide support in elaboration the monthly VAT returns
• Help with the month-end closings
• Act as the point of contact for various external stakeholders
• Help in the continuous improvement of processes in the accounting department

Accountant – About You

• You have obtained a degree in accounting or in a relevant field
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• You are fluent in Dutch & English, with at least a basic knowledge of French
